Erection

Royden provide a full erection service. Working closely with our engineering and Safety Departments, our aim is to offer cost effective, safe erection methods. We strive to provide a safe and competent workforce who are made aware of and comply with all current Health and Safety regulations and industry best practice. We are cognisant of the MCG initiatives and continually assess and educate to ensure our workforce is qualified and competent to address all client requirements.



A key factor in providing a safe, efficient construction service is that all our site operatives, including supervisors and construction manager are directly employed by Royden Engineering Ltd.  This is advantageous as the quality of the employees is second to none, also all employees are acutely aware of the company ethic that safety is of paramount importance.

All site staff are inducted at the onset of any project regarding Health and Safety and are briefed on the project specific method statements.  All Royden sites are regularly audited by our QA team to ensure strict adherence of the task specific method statements provided and of applicable current legislation. Our site supervision team carry out regular tool box talks highlighting the possible presence of risks on site and explaining how these risks can be managed successfully. Tool box talks are also given on the safe use of plant, tools and machinery being used on site.

We are currently employing a 40+ strong construction team all of which are accredited with the CSCS certification scheme.

All our supervisors have completed the CITB 5 day site management course.

All our supervisors have industry recognised appointed person accreditation.

All site staff hold valid licences applicable to the elevated work platforms in use on site.
